Chocolate Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of brewed espresso
- 1/4 cup of Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the brewed espresso and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the mixture, making sure it is soaked but not soggy.
- Layer the soaked cookies in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey finish.

- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie batter and coconut milk mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
